RIDE

The Rhythm Ride

Ride is the heartbeat of Fire Cycle Fitness — an upbeat, music-driven experience rooted in rhythm riding. Each instructor brings their own individuality to the bike, but the focus is always on connecting to the music. You’ll move through fast, energizing runs and slow, heavy climbs, with every cue tied to the beat.

LIFT

Purpose driven lifting

Full-body strength beyond the bike. Intentional movement, dynamic formats, real results. Every rep builds balance, confidence, and grit!

REFLECTION

Our most distinctive ride

A journey of mind, body and soul for a cathartic experience. Free your emotions, lay it all out and finish with a new perspective. These entirely candlelit rides are available in heated and non-heated formats.

INFERNO BODY

Get ready for 45 minutes of total-body intensity! This dynamic class takes you through three focused segments—upper body, lower body, and core—using a mix of plyometrics, HIIT, and heavy lifting to keep every session fresh and effective.

This class can be infrared heated or non-heated, giving you the option to turn up the heat or keep it cool while you train.

YOGA

This yin style class provides the time and space to get into postures and stay for a period of time. We will use long, deep breaths to create length in the body, stoking the power of the mind to stay when things get tough.
