Jessica Breen has been practicing yoga for 11 years. Inspired to take her practice further and gain more knowledge, she traveled to Costa Rica and completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training with Nexus Yoga Institute. Jessica feels that yoga, in many ways, changes lives and believes her first practice was the beginning of her journey to becoming her most authentic version of herself. Jessica has been teaching yoga for 8 years and is passionate about making a yoga class where individuals can get to a place physically, mentally, or spiritually that they have not been before.

Outside of yoga, Jessica enjoys spending time with her dog Charley and her family and friends. She is passionate about staying active through her personal yoga practice, lifting, cycling, and spending time outdoors hiking and paddle boarding. Jessica has an outgoing, energetic personality and a drive for connecting with new people in the fitness world and throughout the community.
